What's involved in your diagnostics process?
We do full hardware and software diagnostics, testing each individual component for faults or damage. We will also disassemble your computer when necessary to get to the root of any issue.
I think I already know what the problem with my computer is. Do I still have to pay the diagnostics fee?
Yes. To ensure that all possible problems are identified and addressed, we do a thorough hardware and software diagnostic routine.
Can I bring you the parts I want installed and just pay an installation fee?
Yes, you can. The fee will vary, depending on the part.
Do you make house calls or offer on-site services?
Unfortunately, as we are a small business just starting out, we cannot afford to offer on-site services at this time.
How long will it take you to fix my computer?
An estimated completion time will be provided when you drop off your PC. If the estimated time changes after diagnostics are complete, we will inform you via call, text or e-mail (whichever you prefer).
Do you offer rush services?
Yes, at an additional fee of $25 we will make your PC first on the list. We will try our best to complete it on the same day.
